Ken Fowler is the Managing Director of the B Series Group of Recruitment Consultancies which includes Barclay Recruitment and Ballantyne Recruitment. Ken has played an integral role in Brisbane’s recruitment industry over his recruitment career spanning more than 20 years, having driven many specialist recruitment firms to service the changing needs of employers. However, Ken is best known for his relentless passion for developing leaders and his commitment to his employee’s professional development. Over the past 17 years of developing the B Series Group of Recruitment Consultancies, Ken has maintained his commitment to industry excellence, staff training and responding to market changes with a proactive and forward-thinking approach. In 2015 Ken launched ‘JobPrep – Prepare for your next job’, and ‘B2B Selling Skills’. These free video tutorials are dedicated to improving the professional skills of the sales community and assisting candidates from all different markets in how to prepare for their next job. Ken has served three years as a Board Member of the Brisbane Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization. In 2016, Ken was honoured with the Entrepreneur of the Year Award and in 2012 was inducted as a Fellow of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA) of which there were only 200 nationally at the time.

Clancy Auriac is an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Barclay Recruitment, part of the B Series Group of Recruitment Consultancies. He specialises within the Electrical Industry specifically Sales, Engineering and Management positions. Clancy’s professional skills include Executive Search, Talent Pooling, Electrical Engineering, Power, Electrical Building Services, Electrical Process Control, Client Management, Candidate Management, Permanent Recruitment, Contract Recruitment, Headhunting and Talent Acquisition. Before joining Barclay Recruitment, Clancy spent five years as a Mortgage Broker and prior to that served six and a half years with the Royal Australian Navy where he obtained a Certificate IV in Engineering-Electrical Fitter.

Christie Johnson is an Executive Recruitment Consultant with Barclay Recruitment specialising in the HVAC & Building Services sectors – Sales, Management and Engineering positions on a national scale. Prior to joining Barclay Recruitment in early 2019, Christie spent close to 13 years in various Business Development Management roles within the Construction and Trade Services sectors. Her background and firsthand experience working within these companies have enabled her to understand her client’s and candidate’s needs.
