With 4 years’ experience in Australia, my client specialises in importing a wide range of packaging to many different industries. Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service my client is globally recognised for supplying Polypropylene woven plastic bags and Bulk Bags to various industries across the nation.

Committed to the customer my client doesn’t just only supply packaging to their clients, they also design specialised packaging to suit any type of occasion.

 

The Role

Due to the outstanding success, my client has been experiencing, they are looking for a highly motivated and results driven Business Development Manager to service the state of Western Australia. This role would be perfect for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level. Reporting directly to the company owner you would be responsible for generating new business and also look after existing customers. This is a B2B based role. The opportunity requires someone who has a very strong background in packaging sales and is looking to put in the work and be rewarded for your efforts. You will play an important part in a specialized sales team.

This role comes with complete flexibility and is a very autonomous role. You will also be required to travel across the state to visit clients when you need to.

This is also a work from home role.

 

Duties

  • Visiting clients and servicing their needs
  •  Be responsible for generating new business
  •   Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients
  •  Negotiate pricing with clients to maximize company profitability
  •  Identify client’s needs and close sales
  • Building and maintaining relationships with business owners

 

The Ideal Candidate

Because you will be working in a faced paced environment you must have a very strong background in sales. You must also have a passion to contribute to the overall success of the organization. You will also have very strong attention to detail with a positive attitude and a “can do”mindset. Because you will be occasionally visiting clients having a driver’s license is essential.

You will have to have experience in B2B sales.

You will also need to have a valid driver’s licence

 

The Benefits

The successful candidate will be paid an attractive salary of  $100,000 - $120,000 + Superannuation + Car. You will also be provided with regular and ongoing training to help develop your sales skills.
